Hamble Paddle 31st January 2010

With no club paddle programmed last Sunday five of us

went for a gentile paddle up the River Hamble

and were reminded of the old saying about "Brass Monkeys"

(well, at least the males in the group were)

Andrew had arranged good weather for our night paddle on the Thames last Saturday,

and had us at Big Ben in time for the chimes. What better way to spend a Saturday night on the town?

Up and down the Hamble from Warsash 17th January 2010

After a chilly start to 2010 it was a pleasure to paddle with the sun on our backs again.
